In this course, we also give priority to the lecture classes in the subject of Pranayama (breathing control yogic way), Meditation theory about how to make a successful meditation apart from knowing the objective, problem, solution and benefit. Both Pranayama and Meditation is very helpful for the body and mind healing. They are best therapies. Students also learn about yogic diet from Ayurveda Class through our best Ayurvedic Doctor in this area, the nutrition and daily routine to stay healthy and happy. We also give Yoga Therapy class as well as Yoga Philosophy for students to get some knowledge about the reality in Yoga and what is the benefit for life by this applications.
Students also will experience our Traditional Ayurvedic Massage here that will bring complete relaxation externally and internally by physically, mentally and emotionally. Enjoy this Traditional Massage while pampering yourself ultimately. The massage will also enhance your inner beauty and healing to your body with the mix of herbs that we use very traditionally and authentically. While physical and theory exercise balancing the body and mind, students will also enjoy the retreat in this foothill of Himalaya the holy place in Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh is known as ‘Capital of Yoga’ in India. There many places for the students awaiting for exploring their knowledge by their own experiment and experience.
There are many historical places, spiritual places and tranquilizing places which are always naturally panaramic in Rishikesh. Students will get more close to nature the best gift of God when they meditate before sunrise near the Holy ‘Ganga River’ and surrounded by mountain and greeneries. Such a peaceful environment and sight, near the ‘Ganga River’.We would never miss giving students a special pooja (prayer) with fire ceremony for the good blessing for the students, removing the bad energies, giving peace of mind, balancing mind, removing the sorrows and always to stay happy and healthy. To be happy and healthy is the most important treasure in our life. The fire ceremony will take place for 2 hours with offering for fire, mantra chanting and offering flowers for the Holy River.
During the course, students are taught some important ‘Mantras Chanting’ which can give them happiness and remove sickness as well.
End of the course Yoga Retreat, students will be entertained with our Indian Classical Music Concert. On the last day - closing ceremony prayer (pooja) will be performed (fire ceremony) and certificate will be given.

The chance won't is missed to give students a special pooja (prayer) during the fire ceremony for their good blessing, the removal of the bad energies, to give peace of mind, to remove sorrows and to always remain happy and healthy. Being happy and healthy is the most important treasure in our life. The fire ceremony will last for two hours and will comprise of fire offerings, mantra chanting and flower offerings to the holy river.
During the retreat, students are taught some important mantras chants which can give them happiness and also remove sickness.
At the end of the retreat, students will be entertained with an amazing Indian classical music concert. On the last day, a closing ceremony prayer (Pooja) will be performed and after the fire ceremony, certificates will be given to all participants.
